Dell Children’s Health Plan is committed to getting you and your family the right care close to home. Your Dell Children’s Health Plan benefits are your STAR or CHIP benefits, plus value-added services you get for being our member.

Dell Children’s Health Plan serves STAR Medicaid and CHIP Members across eight Central Texas counties:
- Bastrop
- Burnet
- Caldwell
- Fayette
- Hays
- Lee
- Travis
- Williamson
Coverage is delivered through two programs: STAR and CHIP.
STAR provides no-cost coverage for low-income children, pregnant women and families.
CHIP covers uninsured children from birth through age 18 whose family income exceeds Medicaid limits.
We can also provide all our member materials in:

- Braille
- A language other than English or Spanish
