Need a ride?

Members can call the Member Services line or download the Access2Care mobile app to schedule routine NEMT (non-emergent medical transportation) rides. The app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Visit the member portal for more information about your plan. Once you register for the member portal, you can:

  • Check your eligibility
  • View and print your member handbook
  • View your ID card
  • Search a list of doctors that are in the Dell Children’s Health Plan network
  • Find a pharmacy, an after-hours or urgent care facility near you

Do you need a translator or interpreter?

If you do not speak English, a translator can help at no cost during doctor visits. Please let us know if you need a translator at least two days before your appointment by calling 1-855-921-6284 (TTY 7-1-1).

For members who do not speak English, we can help in many different languages and dialects, including Spanish.

Family planning assistance

Dell Children’s Health Plan will arrange for counseling and education about planning a pregnancy or preventing pregnancy. You can call your primary care provider for help or go to any Medicaid family planning provider. A doctor can’t require parental consent for minors to receive family planning services and must keep family planning use confidential.

Filing a complaint

If you receive benefits through Medicaid’s STAR program, call your health plan first. If you don’t get the help you need there, you should do one of the following:

Prior Authorizations

Please contact Dell Children’s Health Plan at 1-855-921-6284 (TTY 7-1-1) for help with any prior authorizations, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST. Members can visit the Provider Prior Authorization Page for complete information about prior authorizations.

What to do if you get a bill
from your doctor

Members with Medicaid should never receive a bill for healthcare services. If you have Medicaid and get a bill, please call 1-855-921-6284 (TTY 7-1-1). Have the bill ready when you call. If you have CHIP, you should only pay your copays if they apply to your family. Copay amounts are listed on the front of your Dell Children’s Health Plan ID card. If you get a bill for healthcare services, please call 1-855-921-6284 (TTY 7-1-1).

Qué hacer si recibe una
factura de su médico
