When it is time for you to renew your benefits with CHIP or STAR Medicaid, you will receive a renewal packet from the Texas Health and Human Services Commission Commission 30 days prior to your coverage ending. We value your membership and do not want you to have a disruption of medical services like doctor visits, prescriptions and dental care. To remain on CHIP and STAR Medicaid, please complete all of these three steps:

1. Log into YourTexasBenefits.com or download the Your Texas Benefits mobile app.
2. You must make sure your address and contact information are correct to receive important notices.
3. Return renewal packets or requests for information as soon as possible.
