What can the Provider Relations team assist with?
For information about claims, credentialing, your contract, demographic information, quality programs or to contact your Provider Relations Liaison, call Provider Relations at 512-324-3125, option 4, or you can email shpproviderservices@seton.org.
Provider relations can also assist with education about the health plan and can schedule an orientation at your convenience. All new providers receive training when they become a Dell Children’s Health Plan provider. If you need a refresher, please schedule a one-on-one training with your Provider Relations Liaison. To schedule a training, please fill out this form.
When should a provider send Dell Children’s Health provider demographic changes?
Provider relations should be notified at least 30 days prior to when there are any changes to your practice. Please see below for the process.
Need to make a demographic change?
All demographic changes pertain only to credentialed providers and/or Hospital based providers. Examples of demographic changes could be an address change, provider terminations, or changes in hours of operation. Please fill out our Adds, Changes, and Terms Spreadsheet and email it to our Provider Relations inbox at shpproviderservices@seton.org.
Are you an already contracted group that needs to add a new provider?
For any new providers that need to go through the credentialing process, please fill out the new Ascension Credentials Verification Services ARF Form. If you have any questions about this new process, please refer to the Ascension Credentials Verification Services (ACVS) FAQ document.
