Groups can be joined at any time and are available to the public

  • Groups are free!
  • Members just need to register, and AnyBabyCan will get in touch with them and make sure they have the info to join the group. They do not have to make a commitment to attend every week. They can show up when they want/are able to.
  • Includes two groups: support group for moms with babies under 18 months and pregnancy support group
Any Baby Can - Childbirth Classes

Childbirth preparation classes for expecting mothers and their supporting partners

  • Must be pregnant to participate
Any Baby Can - Nurse-Family Partnership

Program for pregnant members who are less than 28 weeks pregnant with their first pregnancy, or who have no living children/are not parenting any children, as well as teenagers.

Members are matched with an OB Nurse who meets with them in person throughout their pregnancy.

Counseling services as wrap-around service for currently enrolled AnyBabyCan clients

Austin Center For Grief And Loss

Grief and loss support groups

  • Individual, family and couples, group therapy
  • Sliding scale starting at $30 for income under $30k annually
  • Accepts Medicaid, Medicare and BCBS as of October 2021

GA Foods

Provides prepared meals/fresh grocery items for 3 months, delivered to member’s home after they have delivered their baby

  • To access the service, member needs to call the number listed after delivering their baby
  • To receive the 2nd box, the member must report having scheduled a postpartum visit.
  • To receive the 3rd box, the member must have an insurance claim of a completed postpartum visit.
  • LIMITS: Not available for CHIP Perinate members.
Giving Austin Labor Support [GALS]

GALS is dedicated to providing emotional, physical and informational support to birthing people and healthcare providers who are under-supported in order to improve birth outcomes and strengthen families.

  • Doula services for high-risk pregnancy
  • Includes prenatal and postpartum home visits
  • CHIP Perinate members can receive limited postpartum support
  • Member should complete online referral as soon as they are interested in services, as well as call when in labor

Behavioral health case management services for members with chronic/ multiple/ complex medical and mental health needs

  • Member can call the 1-800 phone number to complete an intake call to be connected to case management services and in-network mental health providers

Prenatal and Postpartum Services in English and Spanish, including support groups

For ages 13+

Partners In Parenting Austin [PIP]

Peer support groups for families from when they are just starting their parenting journey and expecting a baby, all the way to older toddlers up to three years old, as well as when they welcome more children

  • Families meet for 8 – 10 weeks together with a trained PIP facilitator who guides them through the PIP program and helps foster meaningful relationships. Groups meet during the day or evenings and either one or both caregiver(s) can attend.
  • Each meeting includes time to focus on baby development and a break time for informal socializing with other parents.
Pregnancy & Postpartum Health Alliance Of Texas [PPHATX]

Provides resources to mothers with perinatal mood disorders.

  • Therapy and psychiatric voucher programs to subsidize the cost for clients.

Focuses on the treatment of psychiatric disorders and emotional challenges in women during reproductive changes over the lifespan of women.
