Dell Children’s Health Plan has you and your baby covered. We offer quality health care for pregnant and new moms, including value-added services* for you and your baby. These value-added services will help keep you and your new baby healthy and safe, including:

Prenatal Visit
$75 (750 points) reward for completion of a prenatal visit within 42 days of enrollment with the health plan, in any trimester.

Postpartum visit
$100 (1,000 points) reward for completion of a postpartum checkup 7–84 days after delivery.

Members can access these value-added services by completing the eligible activity and meeting reward criteria. Rewards are issued through DCHPMemberRewards.com. Members can also contact Member Services at 1-855-921-6284 (TTY 7-1-1) for assistance.

Pregnancy classes
Pregnancy classes covering trimester care, delivery, postpartum, and postpartum depression. Available as live or self-paced online (choose one per pregnancy).

Members can register online at anybabycan.org/programs/parenting-classes. For online self-paced, Members can also contact Member Services at 1-855-921-6284 (TTY 7-1-1) for assistance

Convertible car seat
Complete 6 prenatal visits and receive a voucher for 1 convertible car seat. Limit 1 per pregnancy per child. Use voucher within 3 months.

Members can receive a voucher by email or mail to redeem at Simply Safety Centers at Dell Children’s Medical Center locations. Members can also contact Member Services at 1-855-921-6284 (TTY 7-1-1) for assistance.

Postpartum food delivery
One-time delivery of fresh produce or prepared meals for postpartum members after delivery. Request within 3 months of delivery.

Members can request in-home food delivery by calling GA Foods at 1-800-852-2211. Members can also contact Member Services at 1-855-921-6284 (TTY 7-1-1) for assistance.

Doula support services*
Home visits during pregnancy and for up to 3 months after birth. Includes doula support during labor and up to 2 postpartum visits.

Members can access services by contacting Giving Austin Labor Support givingaustinlaborsupport.org or by calling 1-512-934-2171. Members can also contact Member Services at 1-855-921-6284 (TTY 7-1-1) for assistance.

*Postpartum visits are not available to CHIP Perinate members.

Baby showers
Attend a health plan baby shower and complete a pregnancy notification form to receive a diaper pack; includes education, resources, and giveaways.
